- Charming house in lush greenery with private fishing pond in the heart of the Cantal chestnut grove,
Close to Aurillac, Maurs and Laroquebrou.
Shops at 5 kms: Sunday morning market, Supermarket, Restaurants, medical office and pharmacy ....
Near the Cantal mountains, Salers, Puy Mary, Le Lioran ski resort. Lot Valley, Figeac, Rocamadour, Padirac, StCirqlaPopie, Nord aveyron, Conques, Laguiole, Estaing.
Rental layout
Restored old house Entrance on the ground floor, direct into the large living room with wood stove. BZ lounge + rattan armchairs. Open fitted kitchen with a large separating bar, fully equipped opening onto the living room. Bathroom sink + bathtub, separate WC. Fully covered floor, country tiles.
Upstairs, solid parquet floor, landing leading to two identical attic rooms with a 140 bed and a 90 bed in each of them with wardrobe and wardrobe + 1 BB
