The welcoming entrance porch leads into a light and spacious combined living space, including a dining area with table and ample dining seating for six people, and a sitting area with a large couch, armchairs, and a large flat screen TV. This space is flooded with natural light and offers views on to the front of the property. The adjacent country cottage style kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a combined electric cooker with hob and grill. A utility area, including washing machine and tumble dryer are also located just to the side of the kitchen, close to the back door of the cottage.
The sleeping accommodation consists of three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom en-suite, with king size bed, ample storage, and the en-suite includes large shower, WC and sink. This bedroom is spacious and offers woodland and countryside views. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom, with ample storage and views to the front of the property. Bedroom 3 is a small double bedroom, offering ample storage and views of Errisbeg Hill to the rear.
