We did find a number of dishes in the cabinets that hadn't been cleaned well, and we were disappointed the oven couldn't be turned up to a medium or high cooking temperature, but those were minor issues."

"Pear Tree Cottage is absolutely adorable and the garden is beautiful. The entire house is equipped with everything you need for a self catering vacation. It’s in a great location on a quiet street a short walk from the village square. The property manager, Joanne, was responsive to every request and a delight to work with. "The Hive is a unique luxury 2 bed apartment. Spacious and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen including espresso maker right in the center of Stow-on-the-Wold. When I say luxury it is high end in every detail from the bedding to the showers and bath. I loved that the four of us could hang out in the living room as our own private space rather than a hotel lobby. The owners were charming and own the restaurant downstairs. The whole experience is 11/10."
