Arrived late, Instructions sent of where are room keys would be. Easy to follow instructions. Room was a little on the cool side, Spacious room. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast- Buffet style: porridge/meats/boiled eggs and toast we were able to leave our bags there while we went on an excursion for the day.

The ladies at the reception were extremely nice and helpful. Check in was very easy and efficient. Our room for 5 people was very spacious and clean. All the workers we encountered were extremely friendly and made our stay very nice. Highly recommend this hostel.

We stayed in a double room which was excellent. Clean modern very comfy. No TV , was fine for us for a change. Hostel is very safe with key cards for all doors and lift. Breakfast was great, simple but fresh, and replenished throughout. Place has a good vibe, staff v friendly. Highly recommend this place as value for money

I hate to say anything negative about Hostel Cafe Koti because we liked so much about it--the kitchen, the sauna, the location, the staff--but there aren't individual thermostats in the rooms, just central heat. They seem to turn down the heat mid-day when most guests are out. When we came back after morning activities, we had to get in bed to get warm.

The hostel was very clean, the layout was easy, and the beds were comfortable. However I did find it strange that guests with a room key were not able to access the rooftop terrace which was always empty. Seems like a waste not to have this area free to be used by their guests. I believe a special reservation needs to be made. When we asked if we could access with our room key the reception said “No” and did not elaborate further which I found strange. The service of the staff at the cafe wasn’t the warmest either, we were never acknowledged or greeted when we first entered the space and the receptionist, although professional, did not give a very friendly vibe. Overall we enjoyed the spacious rooms and the property was very clean. We had to check out early so unfortunately we could not enjoy the breakfast so we cannot comment on that.

Abends spät angekommen, direkt vom Flughafen. Self-check-in funktioniert super! Zimmer und Ausstattung sind sauber und gut. Leider hat uns niemand auf die Parkplatzsituation vor dem Haus hingewiesen, auch keine Info auf dem Zimmer oder am nächsten Morgen... daher war unsere erste Nacht in Finnland leider eine sehr teure Nacht. Wäre mit entsprechendem Hinweis verhinderbar. Schade!

夏でも冷え込むことがあります

朝食はまあまあ良かったと思います。ただ、夏でも冷え込むことがあり、寒がる家族のために毛布を借りました。もともとは掛け布団１枚だけなので、人と天気によっては寒く感じるかもしれません。ホテル（及びカフェ）の従業員の方たちは皆さん気持ち良く対応してくださいました。
