Modern holiday apartment with sea view in Rovinj - only 600 metres from the beach



This generous 55 m² holiday apartment on the first floor offers space for up to 4 people and impresses with two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and partial sea view from the 12 m² balcony. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric and gas stove, as well as an oven and high-quality coffee machines that invite communal cooking and enjoyment. The open living and dining area is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and fast WiFi and additionally offers a sofa bed and an auxiliary bed, ideal for families or groups.



The bathroom is modern, equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and towel warmer. For families, a baby cot is available upon request. A private parking space directly at the house ensures convenient arrival.



The location is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday: In about 600 metres, you will reach gravel and rocky beaches, further sandy beaches and concreted plateaus are also quickly accessible. Shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity, as are public transport. The quiet and green surroundings invite you to take walks and leisure activities such as cycling, water sports and golf.



The holiday home also offers a fenced garden with barbecue facilities, parasols and a children's playground, perfect for families with children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
