"Exclusive hotel with only 18 rooms in a primo location. Right on the harbor with drop dead gorgeous views! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We used their bikes for a wonderful ride to the forest preserve area. Also we were able to use the facilities (pools, fitness center) at the nearby Grand Hotel which is a 10 minute walk. The made to order breakfast was first rate! Of note, we had to park our car outside the Old Town and walk to the hotel. We weren’t informed of this prior. Once we got to the hotel, the super friendly staff assisted us in moving our car to their secure parking lot. Would be helpful to know this beforehand, but the outstanding stay was more than worth it! Highly recommended hotel!"

"What an incredibly beautiful property with first class service at all levels from check in, concierge, restaurant, spa/gym. Our room was beautiful, sumptuous and VERY quiet. Great view of the water (floor two). Easy walk to old town and the numerous bars, restaurants. Highly recommend this 16 and older resort property"

The staff at the reception and concierge were extremely helpful to advise and recommend best places to eat, spend time in and around the hotel. Overall 10 out of 10 for the staff. Special mention to the folks at the Camp Aureo Restaurant - Zehljko and his team we had a wonderful tasting dinner. They even customised the food off menu for our daughter. "

"Wonderful room in a quaint part of town. It's in a walking zone, so you'll have to park outside the area and take their golf cart in, but it's well worth it. Staff was very kind and professional. Highly recommend!"
