Apartment Prusic 1 is situated in a family house in a quiet part of Rovinj called Lacosercio.It has two large bedrooms with terrace, dining room with SAT-TV, kitchen with all that you need and a bathroom (completly reconstructed in 2019.). It is situated on the 1st floor. It is ideal for family vacations and relaxation.
There is one free parking place in the frontyard
The nearest supermarket is about 300m distant.
Our house is about 1 km distant from the nearest beach, Porton Biondi, and 1 km from the old town, 15-20min on foot.
You need 5-10 min by car to come to the other interesting beaches like Punta Corrente, Villas Rubin, Figarola (Amarin) ...
