VAL VIDALHoliday House is located near Tourist camp Vestar, 500 meters from the nearest beach and 6 km from the town of Rovinj. The house is spread over one floor. Interior size is 57m2 andterraceis33m2. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. In front of the house guests can use BBQ facilities. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden of 2000 m2. The whole yard is fencedwhich is suitable for coming with a dog.

Verlängerter Sommer im Oktober

Die Zeit hier war für uns sehr entspannend und angenehm. Der Check Inn mit mit den Eigentümern war unproblematisch und freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses zwischen den Olivenhainen ist traumhaft schön und ruhig, von der Terrasse aus hat man Meerblick. Das Haus ist schön und funktional und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der das riesige Grundstück großartig fand. Besonders toll ist der große und sehr funktionale Grillplatz neben dem Haus. Bis zum nächstgelegenen Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußmarsch. Zu empfehlen wäre, die nähere Umgebung mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Wir würden auf jede Fall wiederkommen.

Völlig entschleunigt😊

2 Wochen, 2 Frauen, 2 Hundetrainer hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist groß und vollständig eingezäunt - perfekt für unsere Hunde. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Meer ist wie insgesamt alle Straße hier steinig und dauert ca. 10-15 Minuten.Die Navigation zur Adresse ist etwas schwierig ( nicht dem Navi vertrauen!) In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nur die Restaurants am Campingplatz. Wer Ruhe und Alleinlage ( in der Nebensaison!) sucht, ist hier richtig. Herzlichen Dank an unsere Vermieter, die so einen schönen Platz geschaffen haben.

Tolle Unterkunft mit guter Lage

Das abgelegene Häuschen mit wunderschönem Garten liegt einige Kilometer vor Rovinj und nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Durch die Lage hat man seine Ruhe und einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Für die Anfahrt muss man die letzten 100 Meter über Schotterpiste fahren. Die Ausstattung der Küche war in Ordnung. Vor allem die Spülmaschine ist bei dem Geschirr für maximal 6 Personen super wichtig. Die Unterkunft ist klimatisiert und rundum mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Dusche und Bad sind klein aber gut und sauber. Die Klospülung benötigt etwas lange zum Nachlaufen. Vor allem der umzäunte Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten lädt zum relaxen, grillen und schaukeln ein. Vielen Dank an Samanta und Ihren Eltern für die tolle Unterkunft.

Alles, was das Herz begehrt findet man hier. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einer Bar, zwei Bäckereien und einer Pizzeria. Und am Ende des Tages kann man sich in sein ruhiges Ferienhaus zurückziehen. Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Reise mit reaktivem Hund. ♡

Einfach nur toll

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien dort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und es wurde alles erklärt. Das Haus war wirklich sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben, nichts war veraltet, alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Grundstück ist wirklich hundesicher, unsere Hunde haben es geliebt. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Meer, es ist sehr ruhig, und doch ist man schnell in Rovinji. Bei der Anfahrt unbedingt über den Campingplatz Vestar anfahren und nicht nach Navigation von der Hauptstrasse zwischen Bale und Rovinj! Das einzige was uns etwas gefehlt hat ist ein Staubsauger,was mit Hunden sicherlich noch sinnvoll ist. Absolute Empfehlung!

Tökéletes helyen tökéletes szállás a pihenésre vágyó kutyusos gazdáknak és családjuknak.

Minden tökéletes volt, azt kaptunk amit megvettünk, és azt kaptuk amit szerettünk volna. Talán azt szúrtuk el hogy többett kellett volna itt tartózkodnunk. A Kutyáink azonnal birtokba vették a kertet, ők is végig jól érezték magukat. Az apartman kényelmes, a terasz részen és bent is, az épület elosztása tökéletes. Mi Október legvégén voltunk még jó idő volt a szállás azonban hideg volt, de a klíma hamar megoldotta azt is. Mosni is tudtunk magunkra. Most úgy gondoljuk, hogy jövőre egy szintén késő szezonban de hamarabb mint Október visszatérnénk ugyan ide.

Haus mit großem mediterranen Garten

Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das absolute Highlight ist der große Garten mit Hängematten, Outdoor-Küche und alten Olivenbäumen. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe vom Strand und Campingplätzen, aber weit vom Tummel entfernt. Die Ansprechpartner waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Ruhige Lage im Umkreis von mind 500m keine Nachbarn... Perfekt gesichertes Grundstück ideal für freilaufende Hunde... Schönes Haus, toller Garten, gute Lage

Durch die Gastgeber wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, alles prima. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben aber kaum Zeit drinnen verbracht. Der Garten ist herrlich, liebevolle Details. So viele Sitzgelegenheiten geben immer wieder neue Perspektiven, gemütliche Hängematten, toller, gemauerter Grill, alte Olivenbäume, wilder Salbei in der Wiese. Vogelgezwitscher, Schmetterlinge, einfach wunderbar. Lokale sind zu Fuß erreichbar, das Wasser mit Steinstrand ebenso. Ich hoffe, wir dürfen mal wiederkommen!

Tolles und erholsames Ferienhaus mit Hund

Die Lage ist super! Bis zum Meer kann man 5 min zu Fuß gehen. Es ist ruhig und man kann sogar das Meer sehen und dabei ganz gemütlich seinen Café trinken. Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist und das Grundstück ist super groß und komplett umzäunt. Das besondere ist, dass keiner um einen herum ist! Man hat absolute Privatsphäre! Wir haben uns toll erholt und das Ferienhaus ist nur zum weiterempfehlen! Danke 😃

Einfach TOP!

Das war einfach eine super tolle Woche bei Holiday House Val Vidal! Wie man das auf dem kleinen Bilder sehen kann, jeder hat sich wohl gefühlt, egal ob "man Zwei- oder Vierbeiner" ist :) unseren Gastgeber waren sehr flexibel, freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat wirklich nichts gefehlt! Möchte wirklich für jede gerne weiterempfehlen, nun habe ich dann leider mehr Konkurrenz was die Buchungen für nächstes Jahr angehen :) wirklich, jederzeit gerne wieder. Das schön renoviertes Haus liegt alleine auf einem großen Grundstück, ist seeeehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kompletten Zaun, also die Hunde können wirklich sehr viel und frei bewegen. Die einzige negative sind die Straße draussen bis zum Strand, die sind leider noch nicht asphaltiert, deswegen ist manchmal staubig. Aber beim Haus merkt man davon nichts, es liegt gute 300 Meter entfernt, wirklich wie eine kleine Oase. Zu Fuss ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand, mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten im Supermarkt, oder in 20 Minuten in Rovinj. Die Strände sind steinig, das Wasser ist 1A sauber.

Relax Paradies

Schöne Lage - nicht weit von Strand, jedoch ruhig, keine Nachbaren und fast ohne Leute, was in dem Gebiet sehr selten ist! Perfekt gezaunt, ideal für kleine Kinder oder/und Hund. "Inneres" Garten liegt in grossem Olivebaumgarten. Sehr schönes Aussicht auf Insel und Leuchtturm, am Stelle noch viel schöner als in dem Angebot und perfekt sehbar aus der Terrasse/vom Haus! Es gibt "croatischen" Mauergril, schaukel, genug Platz für 4-6 Leute. Überdachte Terrasse ist perfekt, da haben wir meistens Zeit vom Morgen bis Nacht verbracht. Mückenschutzmittel am Stelle bereit. Vermieter sind nett. Kühlschrank hatte Temperatur Schwankungen, aber funktionell. Man sollte sich noch irgendeine "Blaulampe" oder noch weitere Mittel gegen Mücken nehmen, was ist doch klar und ist natürlich kein Fehler von Unterkunft oder Vermietern.
