VILLA ROSSELLA 1 Two-Bedroom Apartment (Avena)is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 15minutes walking distance from town centerand in 20 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 100m2 and terrace/balcony is10m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has three air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other two air conditioners are located in the bedrooms. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Within the property, there is a shared seating area and a swimming pool that is available for all guests. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is sharedwithin 4apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is twenty.The pool is not available for use from 1st October - 1st May. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 100€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.
