"Our family of Four (2 college aged boys) stayed at Moondance Cabin in June of 2026. Awesome time! Before we even arrived, Brad (cabin owner) provided clear directions to help us prepare for the trip and arrive without any issues. He also gave lots of tips to help enjoy the area and get a sense for fun activities, hikes, restaurants, etc. We had a question during our stay and Brad was really friendly, responsive, and helpful, which is a great feeling as a guest. The cabin was in beautiful condition and has a cozy, covered front porch and a fantastic, covered back porch with serene, beautiful views from the screened in sitting area, more open sitting area, and hot tub. We spent a lot of time out there together and could enjoy the space rain or shine. We also liked the open kitchen area and family room. Really a great fit for our family. A wee bit of a drive to some of our destinations, but we passed by lots of scenic areas along the way, and it was a total non-issue for us. Highly recommend and will be our go-to spot if/when we make our way back to the Red River Gorge area one day."
