"We were late booking accommodation for Goodwood so didn’t have many options without needing to remortgage the house. We choose Marine Court for price and location. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived as it’s actually a firefighters charity who rent their rooms out of a weekend, and is used for firefighters rehab during the week. The room we had was big, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and reception was manned 24/7. There is no bar at the weekend...

"Easy to find, easy to park, easy in and out :) We had a great time at the house. Very spacious, perfect for a family of 3. We will definitely stay again, next time we're in the area."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"A beautifully appointed cottage with excellent facilities was perfect for our weekend break. More than a home from home! Comfort was downgraded from excellent to good as the beds are small doubles and the mattresses uncomfortable which was not ideal for us."

"The Boat House is a stunning building in a lovely location. The property is well laid out, takes advantage of the views and has everything you need. The bottle of prosecco and lemon drizzle cake were a nice touch too. Lots of nice walks nearby and a good pub just a 15 minute walk away."

"Great stay had by my husband, 2 teenagers and me "

"Lovely property with a host who was extremely helpful and provided all we could need. Location is fab too!"

"Small cottage with lots of nice touches. Tasteful, high quality decor and fittings. Comfortable double bed and armchairrs etc. Well appointed small separate kitchen. Cafe/sandwich shop opposite and the beach is about 15-20 minutes' walk. We had a lovely stay."
