"Even though this hotel is very dated it is so beautiful. The woodwork, the fixtures, it all makes you feel like you're staying anong the rich. They are starting renovations so the stairways are messy. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of food, fruits, and pastries. The room was comfortable with plush pillows.The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The customer service was more than accomodating always pleasant."

"Other than the homeless man sleeping inside the lobby and the front desk didn’t do anything about it……it was great stay. Also, I wasn’t told I had breakfast included in my room so that’s annoying "

"Good area to explore LA. Staff were great ( shout out to Gwynn for the ice ) I think it would benefit from some attention from corporate office - needs some basic maintenance and upkeep ( walls dinged up , scuffs and upkeep ) But overall a great location with good acess to public transportation . It would be nice if there were some partnership with the restaurant inside the building … "
