"Bit by bed bugs. I couldn't find any bed bugs but I have the typical bite patterns of them on 3 areas of my body. They basically didn't believe me, and wouldn't offer a full refund."

"We didn't end up staying. The pictures are very misleading on the website compared to the area the supposed 3 star hotel is at. From the outside, this is more like a 1 to 2 star motel rather then the other. My only complaint is the misleading pictures. This hotel sits right across the street from a very rough neighborhood. Security may be good at the hotel, but last thing anyone wants to worry about is their belongings while staying."

"Have to bring your own cookware and utensils. Hot plate, microwave, and mid size refrigerator cabinets provided. AC was working fine and ice cube trays in freezer"
