"A quality hotel with good staff. Breakfasts were of a good standard as was the evening menu. I reported a minor issue with a radiator which was noted and actioned in a professional manner. I would stay here again without hesitation. "

"We arrived on the Friday evening and had a quick check in with very helpful and friendly staff. Dinner in the hotel was good but quite expensive. There are local pub restaurants a short drive up the road or a walk into village . The views are amazing as we had an executive room with patio facing the estuary. The views of the castle and town to the left and to the right the village were very pleasing to the eye and I spent a great deal of time just watching the world go by on the patio. The room was clean and well stocked . The downside of this spa hotel is the fact that guests can only use the pool and sauna/ steam room ect either early in morning or from 5pm onwards. Absolutely atrocious as the cost of hotel isn’t cheap. If weather is bad you are unable to use the facilities as they favour non guests over guests. The treatments are quite expensive but good. I would stay again but very disappointed of limited time allowed in pool. As you can imagine come 5pm it can get busy as weekend ."

"Super central location within Conwy. Onsite parking available. Room was spacious and we equipped and well maintained and decorated. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We ate at the Erskine Arms for the evening meal and breakfast the following morning. It was delicious and the staff once again were great. The elephant in the room is the church next to the accommodation. The clock chimes every 15mins 24hrs a day. Sleeping is virtually impossible and as a result I would not stay there again without ear plugs. Such a shame as the visit would have been prefect."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Low Quay Cottage. It is centrally located and is just a few minutes walk away from the shops/cafes/pubs etc. There is a lovely deli shop just around the corner. The cottage itself is perfect, it was clean, modern and cosy. We really appreciated the little extras that were included for our dog (blankets, bowls, stair gate etc). The owners have literally thought of everything. Steve was also really helpful with directions and parking tips. We hope to return in the future."
