The room was lovely clean and warm. Dinner was one of the best meals my wife and I have enjoyed for some time and the staff were very friendly,helpful and welcoming. We will return there again and would definitely recommend it.

There was a supermarket near by, buses to travel or just a short car ride to great Orm and town centre We used the excellent facilities at the hotel, the stay was tremendous, delightful and invigorating! Staff were all very cheerful and helpful, especially Maria on reception, who attended to our requirements in the most utmost professionalism and lovely sunny disposition, we will be returning. We had a lovely stay at the Quay just before Christmas. We enjoyed the use of the spa and I loved the runs along by the sea each morning. The location is great. The breakfast was very nice and staff friendly and accommodating.
