"I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had great time so I’m hoping this was a one-off but the check-in experience wasn’t great, the shower leaked all over the floor, there was no shower gel and there were 7 flies in the room. Location is great though, the beds are very comfortable and some staff are fantastic. "

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room compact but had everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was really comfortable.
