"They advertised through the Expedia messages for early check in and allow you to pay for it. Then you pay for it and arrive at the hotel to find out it’s absolutely not possible to do early check in - I wish they let the customer know earlier so they could have planned better. This is tough for travellers who had long haul flights and just want to check in early after a long day. Nevertheless it’s an extremely clean hotel, well maintained property, super helpful staff and super convenient location for tourist as it’s walking distances to all major attractions! Would come back again!"

"The hotel itself is basic, bed, shower & toilet but that is all you need if sight seeing. It was spotless and free range of coffees available 24/7 also staff on hand 27/7 if needed. Staff couldnt do enough for you, in particular I would like to mention Marta, such fantastic customer service skills, she was extremely pleasant, informative and professional, lovely to meet her."

"It is a different type of hotel: an aparthotel. Keep this in mind before booking. The hotel was clean and very well-maintained. Location was perfect. Breakfast wasn't included, but we decided to pay an additional amount for it, and it was a good idea, so we didn't have to worry every morning about finding a place to have breakfast. The room was very small. Also, pay attention to this when deciding to book. Our plan was to stay out most of the day, so we weren't worried about a tiny room. But it rained way more than we were expecting, so we had to stay more inside the room, and by the end of our stay, we were a bit exhausted from being in such a small place. They only offer housekeeping if you are staying for at least 7 nights. We stayed 6 nights, and by the end, our room needed some care (even though I bought a few cleaning products to clean it myself, it wasn't the same as having a housekeeper come in). We missed having this. I do believe having housekeeping every 3 days would be beneficial for guests. They have laundry on-site, which was amazing! It gets crowded in the evenings and at night, so I recommend using it during the daytime if possible."
