10mins to Crystal Springs Boat Ramp. 15 mins to Brady Mountain rec area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Owner lives with wife and 2yo son on opposite side of this duplex. Enjoy plenty of space to relax and sleep. Boat storage in garage.
