"13 women for a celebration weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - all well stocked with the basics. The open layout for the kitchen/dining room/family room made this space perfect for a large group to spend time together. The added billiard / bar room was another fun area to hang. The outdoor space was unbelievable between the pool, covered dining area, open grassy area and the lounging area by the dock. "This is a nice option if you are traveling to Wellington to watch the equestrian events. Very convenient location. Quiet residential neighborhood. We always felt safe there. Very clean 2 bedroom apartment. Adequate bathroom although it could use a shelf or stand for the placement of your personal care items. Tub/shower combo with good temperature and pressure. A few glitches - when we first arrived, the entry lock had the wrong combination so we had to call the host but she responded...
