"We left to the airport early in morning at 6am and they give us the worst breakfast ever, I can’t believe it , it’s the worst stay I ever stay in Morocco, we left the 4 umbrellas and no one contacted us , bad management "

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were second to none extremely attentive and professional throughout our visit. A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. Although the suite wasn’t quite right for us, Aissian personally stepped in, handled the situation with genuine care, and made sure the matter was fully resolved to our satisfaction. Adam at the Sports Bar was also fantastic, especially impressive as it was only his second day on the job. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were absolutely lovely and added to the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will certainly be visiting again!"

"I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. At check-in, the staff member was not the friendliest, which set the tone for the stay. I had booked this room two months in advance and specifically requested that it be decorated to surprise my fiancé for his birthday. To my disappointment, nothing had been arranged upon arrival. After submitting feedback 24 hours later, I was approached by the same staff member while I was leaving the property in the elevator. At that point, it felt too late and more like an attempt to address the situation because of my feedback rather than a proactive effort to make things right. While discussing the matter with another staff member, he was extremely obnoxious and did not follow up on what he had committed to. The lack of ownership and follow-through was frustrating. On our last day, we finally spoke with the property manager, who did arrange something special in the room. I genuinely appreciate his apology and his effort to rectify the situation created by his team. The room itself was clean, but it definitely felt lived in, with noticeable wear and tear. Overall, I’m not sure this experience lived up to the 5-star standard I’m accustomed to. "

"The breakfast buffet at restaurant next door was probably the best part. They had a great selection , featuring a lot of Moroccan dishes and tea, and the breakfast staff was very attentive and pleasant . Room was clean and all amenities were as described."

"Staffing! I had such a disappointing experience with rhe staff. When I checked in, I paid the taxes due and paid for my airport shuttle. Upon checkout, the staff member told me I owed money. I corrected him. He became argumentative and then showed me the receipt. The receipt was for a DIFFERENT GUEST and then he acted like it was no big deal. Then, he asked for money AGAIN. I told him he had the wrong guest portfolio! I was getting upset and worried that there wouldn’t be a shuttle. It arrived late because the staff member at check in scheduled the wrong time. I was really stressed out and not a great way to begin a 24 hour travel day. Will never stay at this hotel again! Incompetent and rude staff members!!!!"
