We had an early flight and our room wasnt ready yet so we were able to leave our bags at the hotel and go out to explore a bit. After we came back, we got our key and were told that our bags were waiting for us in our room! We really appreciated that small gesture especially since we’ve stayed at other 4 star/more expensive hotels before where the staff didn’t do this for us. We would happily come back here the next time we visit Madrid. "

"It is one of the most wonderfully hotel I have travelled for over 70 countries. Because I felt so welcomed in this super convenient location. I was amazed that some of the details were so touching. The main light switches were clearly marked; “please take me home” kit was very cute and filled with all sorts of things for travelling; coffee maker are great quality, all glasses are sparkling shiny; front desk stuffs are so helpful for recommendations also arrange for the taxi, they all speak very well English👍； I can see that every details are showing, they are working hard to make our staying very pleasant. Thank you so much, and I highly recommend this wonderful place."
