"Beautiful spaces, lobby, hallways, and especially the rooms were all lovely. Extra touches like a stocked mini bar and extremely comfortable robes in the room in addition to classic touches like the pad and pen, functioning alarm clock, and many places to plug in a phone with an excellent desk for working made my stay very comfortable. The rooms have clearly been redone recently with a very up-to-date and beautiful bathroom renovation. I will definitely stay here again! My only comment and it’s a small one, is that on Sundays it would be very helpful to have a non-buffet lunch option as I could not eat enough to justify the $79 buffet :-) but I was thankful to be able to purchase some baked goods and there was always free coffee at Henrietta’s table restaurant."

"Extremely clean rooms"

"Very disappointed in this Hyatt hotel. The place was falling apart from the elevators to the room furnishings. The furniture was old and beat up. The room had a musty odor that hit us as soon as we opened the door. My husband sat on the couch and threw his back out. We could not stay, and were unable to attend the show that we paid 180.00 for our tickets and the reason we stayed in Medford. The hotel is in such disrepair that it should be closed for renovations. I spoke to the manager and she happily refunded the cost of our hotel stay. "

"The property was very clean. We had everything we needed, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and coffee. The location was very convenient for us. The en suite shower was the nicest feature. Everything was clean and modern, the only drawback was things were falling apart a bit, the cabinet doors, the kitchen faucet and there were aspects that just seemed unfinished. All in all, we have no complaints and we would stay there again."

"The house was perfect for hosting a gathering of friends - everyone had plenty of space, the rooms were clean, and Lucas was very responsive. The roads/parking was a little confusing to navigate for out-of-towners but that didn't affect the quality of our stay whatsoever. We would come back again!"
