We misunderstood and thought it said online that we could oay with cash oncebwe arrived. The front desk said no, and refused to help us figure out what to do. He just kept telling us to call expedia and hebwouldnt answer any questions or help. We ended uo leaving and staying down the road at the Hokiday Inn. Who were more than helpful. Will NEVER stay here!!"

The room had a musty odor that hit us as soon as we opened the door. My husband sat on the couch and threw his back out. We could not stay, and were unable to attend the show that we paid 180.00 for our tickets and the reason we stayed in Medford. The hotel is in such disrepair that it should be closed for renovations. I spoke to the manager and she happily refunded the cost of our hotel stay. "
