I likes that the property offered an airport shuttle and was close to restaurants and entertainment and that it was close to the train going into downtown Boston as well. The hotel itself is an older building and the area surrounding it looks a little runed down but hopefully the area gets cleaned up over time.

This property although clean and maintained is in need of an update. Limited transportation and restaurant choices. Area is being renovated to include new shops and restaurants adjacent to hotel. Hotel front entry is in need of updating to allow better access. Dining area for complementary breakfast is in need of more seating.

The outside of the property is dark, the entire area around looks like a construction site, but not lit up. The rooms were clean but is disrepair. The lampshade was broken in spots, pulled away from the frame. Plaster on the walls was patched. There was a weird musty smell in the hallways to and from the elevator.

The room was very dingy and worn looking. Looked like it needed a refurb five years ago! The window privacy shade was actually peeling. The bathroom door looked like beavers had been dnawing at it. No drinking glasses in the room or batchroom.

The hotel is an old one, but generally in good condition. Breakfast very nice. Area around the hotel is a construction area, so hard to find all the good restaurants, shopping and the T just a few blocks away.

The property is very quiet, friendly, the employees are very nice to customer, a big parking lot for those who travel in their own vehicles, the only think I did not like was the condition of the room because the carpet was super dirty with odor of mold and the air conditioning was old.

Very nice and friendly staff. Gym equipment was in poor condition. Ice machine was out of order, but was available at the front desk. Breakfast was of a lower quality with very limited selection. Lot's of shopping and dining within walking distance. Comfortable room and bed. Good airport shuttle.

The room smelled like mildew, there was chewing gum in the carpet, sink stopped up, moths in the shower. We only stayed in the room for about 30 minutes and then found another hotel!!!! When I told the front desk we got no apology, I was just given a card with the manager's info to contact. Then they tried to not refund my money and tried to say I was a no show! Terrible service and unclean rooms! I'd rather sleep in my car!!!! The other reviews say similar to what I experienced!!!
