This apartment with simple comfort is composed of an entrance, a living room with a flat screen TV, an open and equipped kitchen with a 4 burner gas hob, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a refrigerator with a freezer part, a dishwasher...; ideal to prepare good small dishes like at home!

On the night side, you will find two bedrooms each with a 140cm bed and cupboard, one of which has a sea view, a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds in 90cm and a washing machine and a dryer.

The apartment has two bathrooms with toilets (one of which has an Italian shower and wc sanibroyer.

You also have a wifi access and a private and secure parking space.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
