"This is a wonderful hotel. A very nice lobby for meeting, eating and relaxing. Many were enjoying dinner and breakfast. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Beds and bathrooms were excellent. We enjoyed our daughter's graduation from Daemen thanks to all of you!"

"Gotta say, if you're heading out of town in the morning from Buffalo Niagara, you could (and can) do a lot worse than BAH! Place was great for the night and had a killer sports bar attached for dinner. I would give it five stars but the A/C in my room wasn't working and it was unseasonably warm in Buffalo that evening, but otherwise I have no complaints. Staff were awesome across the board, shuttle to the airport was smooth and even left a little early for me (i was the only passenger)."

"Recently stayed here a couple prior to this stay, the door lock has been fixed. Safety is a bit more secure compared to before. The breakfast was ALOT better compared to a couple months ago. The only thing that was missing was milk. Facility was definitely prompt with refilling waffle maker when it was empty. Lobby is always clean. And parking is good."

"I had booked a double room with two beds when we checked in we were given a room with one king size bed. When going to the front desk and ask them about it they said they didn’t know why that happened even though it shows on the system, we booked a double. However they were fully booked for the night. After going back-and-forth for a while, we were offered a pullout bed, which is completely painful. After asking if somebody would make up the bed for us, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we wanted him to do it. Apparently, he was the only one working in the hotel. We were not offered a refund for the night. We were told that the next day they will see if they can put us in a different room. nobody bothered to try to reach out to us until we went back to the front desk to ask. This is completely unacceptable as I had made this reservation months prior. When we wanted to check out late, we were only given one extra hour, even though they could’ve made an exception. So we ended up leaving early."

"From the moment we walked in the door we knew we would have a very comfortable stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable, made it easy to rest and recharge. Small things make it stand out like the quality bath products and a microwave and frig in the room. The bed was epically comfortable and linens were clean and fresh. Quick check in and checkout with a text saying if we needed anything during our stay let them know. Free, close parking and a trolly for luggage made it easy to unload our overpacked suitcases. Just a great stay. No bad surprises-just a smoothly run hotel that made us want to stay again when we’re in town. "
