"Let me start with Magnus at the front desk, he was a standout for my family at this hotel. Magnus was so helpful, professional, and friendly our one night stay at this hotel become 3 nights, as he made us feel so relaxed and welcome we refused to go to another hotel. Member at the concierge desk was also fantastic and helped with our short stay in Denmark. All the staff we encountered were great at the hotel and the rooms were nice, clean, air conditioned and comfortable for a good night sleep. The pool was nice for a relaxing break and to cool down during the warm weather. The kids loved the jumping pillow, kids room and bicycle hire. Next time in Denmark, we will definitely stay here again."

"It’s a wonderful hotel in a great location. The food Is great. The concierges were extreme;y helpful. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. The room was not cleaned on time and was not cleaned well when it was cleaned. We actually preferred not to request cleaning for a couple of days because would interfere with our schedule."

"Great location, close to tge train station and walk to all of the attractions. The city trains and metro station are nearby and there are lots of dinning options around and the main shopping area is 10-min walking distance. The room was clean. There is a large grocery store a steps away."

"This is a very attractive hotel, with friendly, welcoming, and very helpful staff plus great amenities. Our room was very comfortable; the lobby bar offers filtered water on tap with bottles you can take to your room, plus a nice selection of wine, etc.; the daily breakfast buffet offers a wide and delicious selection of food, plus several kinds of coffee; the on-site spa is a great-to-have, and saved the day for us with "emergency" massages the day before we took long air flights home. If you're not accustomed to European low-to-no air conditioning, be aware there is no AC here. The lobby areas were comfortable with lots of open windows, and a high-powered fan is provided in the bedroom (our fan didn't rotate, so you had to choose which part of the room to keep cool), and windows are open-able, though without screens."
