"I loved that the property was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle to the airport. Note that the shuttle seems to run on the top of the hour and every 30 minutes. Apparently, we had a shuttle appt for 4:15 am and then was told by the driver we had to wait til 4:30 pm. It did t matter that we had an appt. Glad we allowed the 2 hour window even if we were close to the airport. While Waiting for the shuttle, we saw a homeless guy going through the trash bins in the front. We decided to wait inside. The front desk clerks were nice and also offered us a breakfast to go bag but we declined."

"Best Western by the Portland International Airport was great! Breakfast and free parking were included with our reasonably priced room. The mattress was super comfortable, and breakfast had many delicious hot and cold choices. If we ever come to Portland again in the future, we will stay here! "
