"I’m not from the Portland area so I was just crossing my fingers that the reviews were reliable, I can say they were. The hotel is in an ideal part of Portland, we were so close to everything. The parking lot isn’t the biggest, but it feels safe and is clean. The hotel itself is clean and requires your keycard for entrance after you check in which made it feel safe. Our room was well kept, however our AC didn’t work. We called the front desk and they offered to switch us rooms, we decided to stick it out but were very appreciative of their offer. They had plenty of breakfast options, I would recommend. "

"Stayed in the 3 beds suite which is like 2 hotel rooms knocked into one. It’s huge! Really clean. Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Hotel smells lovely too. Lots of local dining and shops. "

"The bed is comfortable. The AC is not loud. Anthony is nice and respectful. We liked him that he gave us an option which floor we preferred. My husband’s iPhone accidentally locked that he couldn’t unlock. After looking online that the phone stores would close very soon and getting frustrated, I thought about asking for Anthony’s help. He was able to get it unlocked! Thanks Anthony from two elderly customers! God bless you! "
