"A last minute booking at this small out of the way historic inn. It was busy at the bar where we checked in so a short wait. Room was basic but well appointed, bed super comfy, shower was hot, tea and coffee in room. Self serve continental breakfast in a dining room was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and beautifully presented. Set in a small town with adjoining farmland. Close the Hampton Court Castle and gardens."

"First impressions were very good . Bathroom door handle was not secure (just pushed on ) the bedding seemed clean and fresh but i stripped the beds in the morning and the duvets were badly stained "

"Really lovely hotel in the centre of Ross-on- Wye. We brought our dog and she was well catered for too (dog biscuits in the room)! Very quiet night and comfy bed. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. "

"The hotel was easy to find. The carparking was free. Checkin was easy. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. The hotel is on the main street, so an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again. "
