"There's no doubt that The Boat Inn is a lovely, traditional pub in a super location, right on the banks of the Wye with good views of the river from the bedrooms above the pub. The surroundings are wooded and distinctly bosky, which is nice. There is a small village (Redbrook) with a village shop a few hundred metres away across an old railway bridge. "I thought I had already submitted a review, but here goes again. The apartment on the side of the house was comfortable and homely and beautifully set up. The garden is a plus and we were able to walk around it and sit in it when the weather permitted. Kitchen had everything we needed.Jenny and Max were welcoming and helpful but unobtrusive, perfect hosts really and I applaud their concern for the environment."

"Everything I needed for a very comfortable few days in a peaceful secluded location hidden away in Bromyard. Nice little thoughtful touches too like milk in the fridge and tea bags in the caddy. Enjoyable to look out the lounge window and see green woodpeckers feeding leisurely among the variety of birds that visit. Bring binoculars!"

"The property owners were great and made sure our arrival was welcoming with great info and welcome pack. The property is a unique original cottage with hone comforts and incredible view. There are some great walks and lots of activities nearby and a visit to ye older ferrie inn is a must.
