"The room was clean, well decorated and had a good ensuite. There was fresh coffee and a caffeteire. The staff were really friendly, and parking was easy (though an extra £10 per night). Cooked breakfast was great, and service very quick. The only issue was the bed, which was a king-size mattress, but perched on two single divan bases. We commented on that to the hotel - but otherwise the hotel was great, and we would return (but request one of the rooms with a double bed and proper divan base)."

I didn't realise when I booked that it was a bath with no shower, and being over six foot, I could not stand up in the bath and use the spray attachment because of the low-sloping roof - but I still enjoyed the stay"

We highly recommend the free mayor’s tour of the city with knowledgeable guides that walk you all around the sites and up to the Royal Crescent. "Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
