"Husband and I wanTed to chill out and watch some tv but it didn’t work. Guy at the front desk did not seem to care at all. Bedspread had a dirty footprint on it when we arrived in the room. "

"Unfortunately, we stayed 3 nights when the hotel was also full of high school kids in town for the National DECA convention. They pretty much took over the lobby and hung out in the room hallways at night, especially the last night of their stay. I had to call the front desk at 10:45 pm to report loud singing and talking in the hallway outside our room. Other than that, our stay was good."

"The room was clean and the hotel was overall well maintained. Unfortunately, the elevators had napkins wadded up and stuck to the outside. The carpets also had so many stains and looked, frankly, like they were vomiting-stained/bleached. Staff was helpful with questions and very nice to work with!"

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, the valet staff were great. They were working hard and still managed a smile and welcoming attitude. Also, the bartenders in "By George" treated us very well while we enjoyed a cocktail and a meal."
