"In one of the rooms, the the fan wasn’t working also during late check-in. Nobody was there to check us in. They never gave a list to the answering services to get us in. Had to wait for property manager to show up to get us in our rooms. The Jacuzzi was not working as it illustrated in the reservation ..."
