"While we could overlook that the hotel was a little tired, staff were excellent, I was disappointed around the transparency about the pool rules and access for kids. Described as family friendly kids were limited to very restricted hours and space in the pool and unable to use the outdoor pool area and required to use the disabled toilet as a change room. It gave the impression that kids were a hinderance to the target, adult market of the spa. We booked the hotel especially because of the pool....

"A great position with a view that is great. Food rather poor . Breakfast very poor waited over half an hour to even place our order as did most in the Restaurant sadly order never taken had to meet with the overall Manager who showed little immediate concern for the situation. Offered to send breakfast to room ended up agreeing to a £10 credit for my wife and self . Overall most disappointing !
