"It is hard to find a cheap place to stay in the heart of Providence; so if you are looking for that, this is the place to stay! I think my biggest issues with it was security (it does have a code to get into the building and your room, but other than the security cameras, there is no front desk etc) and noise. The walls are very thin so you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, the people in the hallway and the people on the street. Other than Saturday night where I heard lots of people...

"I love the property! The area wasn't great, but the inside was really unique and eclectic. The furnishings are simple. For a no-fuss stay, definitely come here. I felt very safe even though the area had graffiti. "

"We needed a place to stay that was close to a wedding we were attending in Middletown. This location was convenient. The place worked out nicely. The location was a few blocks from the water, which offered nice views of the bay, and good walking options. Check-in was easy. The room was spacious and clean."
