"The staff was extremely courteous and exceptionally helpful. I was initially placed on the first floor and the residents in the room above me has small children that kept jumping off the furniture and running around the room. After trying to sleep, I went to the front desk around 1am and asked if it was possible to move me to another room. The person at the front desk was quick to find a different room for me and I moved my things to the third floor. I appreciated his help and his willingness to help me."

"We were there on the Sunday night of the Storm Fern. The staff was stretched but they were amazing. We pulled up an someone was right there shoveling the walkway again. they helped my Sr mother right into the hotel from the car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Food was great. Beds comfortable. We were sad to be leaving. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area."
