"The property was good with a lot of space. A few detractors that we experience are as follows. 1. They have listed as this place has a pool. It is only a small paddling pool and this was not put up during our stay. The owner did say they had to take it down due to bad weather. A paddling pool should be listed as that. And the picture doesnt quiet reflect the actual situation. 2. Spa was not very good. Was quite dirty. 3. The kitchen faucet was leaking. It was covered with a foil paper to prevent...

"We’re in NZ for the famous trotting Rowe Cup. Home was equidistant from Airport, horse sales complex at Karaka and Alexandra Park trotting track."

"The view is stunning, easy walking to diary and fish and chip shop. We enjoyed watching the planes across the water go in and out but the noise from this was loud at times. We enjoyed the easy access to the foreshore from the house which was pleasant to stay in. To be on the water to make the most of the view very minute of the day was our highlight as was the week of good weather. What a bonus!"

The location & privacy you have was what we wanted & it was just an overall awesome experience to have stayed here. The pool & sea views 😍 so spacious & clean. Self check in & check out was prompt & straightforward. The owner & cleaners were very cool with us checking out an hour late. "Property was very musty on arrival. Smoke alarm on ground floor had a flat battery, so was beeping the whole stay ( 2 weeks ). Plus they blamed me for a faulty toaster that was like that on arrival ( hence why I didn’t use it).( charged me for the toaster $40) Not happy at all. Have spent $5000 dollars in two months with this company. Won’t be spending another $ with them and will be telling every one on know. They do not care about anybody’s health and safety!"

"We visited the property to enjoy with family and friends. The only reason we’ve booked the property was pool and when we entered the property there was rubbish everywhere in the property. The pool was so dirty and not even working, The carpet was burnt and there was rubbish on the sofas. There was moldy chicken in the oven which was stinking."
