"Room reasonable and convenient. However, I found evening staff unfriendly and uncommunicative."

"Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were not good. They were very hard. We did not know the property was pet friendly. I heard a barking dog late night and thought it was outside. The large dog began barking at 8 am the next morning and woke the family. It was down the hall from us. We had booked for two nights through Expedia and decided not to stay a second night. "Very conveniently located. Breakfast was great."

"It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, great staff, beds were so comfy and love the breakfast."

I have called the hotel 5 times and the reservation line 3 times. I have email the general manager and she will not return a call or email. I have been assured by several employees that they checked the cameras on me around the hotel and found no pets and snacks. I am constantly told the manager needs to issue the...
