"If anything goes wrong here and you’re unable to get in your room or there is an emergency do not expect anyone from PMI Scenic Rentals to answer the phone and assist you or to even call you and tell you ahead of time if there is an issue on their end. Ended up having to change bookings through Expedia so my wife and I would have somewhere to stay. If you plan on staying here just make sure you have a backup plan ready with enough money to pay for a hotel down the street."

While the rooms were simple, they were beautifully appointed, clean, and perfectly comfortable for a relaxing stay. It’s a wonderful boutique find for anyone looking to blend timeless style with a true sense of place. I'll be back to stay in 311 ;)"

"Bathroom had mold growing on sink. Bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Carpet stained. Breakfast area and lobby were clean & neat. Booked a 3 night stay but true to unforseen circumstances as well as condition of room needed to check out 1 day early. Gave over 24 hour notice but still charged for 3rd night. Would not recommend"
