"I was in town for a wedding and needed some clothing shipped ahead to the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, coordinating the deliveries with me so that the packages were already in my room upon arrival! Unfortunately, the postal carrier marked a few items as "delivered" when they actually hadn't arrived yet. The hotel staff completely set my mind at ease, assuring me they would track them down and ensure I received them, even if it happened after my departure. Sure enough, the remaining packages arrived after I checked out. True to their word, the staff kept in constant communication and successfully forwarded the late items back to my residence. Exceptional service!"

"I enjoyed staying there very much. I had a little trouble with the code getting in, but I finally figured it out after many tries. The room is clean. The bed was very comfortable. I only wish they had cups and dishes and plates instead of just plastic and Styrofoam. Don’t get scared when you first see the place from outside. The room is very clean and very nice and the backyard was very nice and clean. There was no staff, which is why I gave it a three but the rest of it I’d give it a 4.5."
