"The only draw back was no “do not disturb” signs as I didn’t need them to come into my room every day that I was there. The bathroom needs some work, tub was getting clogged and the toilet flush button was getting stuck.. Maybe more movie channels . But overall the property looks good, my stay was good. Enjoyed my time there ."

"This is by far my boyfriend and I’s favorite hotel and we will definitely be going more often! The staff are patient and understanding, they were very accommodating, the train car rooms are absolutely amazing, and it was very clean throughout."

"The hotel staff was amazing and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was wonderful a lot of different choices! The pool was a bit cold for me but my son toughed it out and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The room was clean and well kept. Really nice. The pool and around the pool needed cleaned and better maintenance. Probably should have the decking around the pool replaced. But we swam and it was okay. Good view of the river and much of down town Chattanooga. Fun to drive around the mountain and go up to point park to see the sunset. Breakfast was good and the staff we did see was friendly. I would go back for sure."
