"The condo is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioner was noisy and a little weak to handle the heat. We had it set at 18 degrees. The bathroom is dark and no hot water for the shower. Bath mat and toilet could be cleaner. The bed is ok, with some old well used sheets. I didn’t use the kitchen but there are dishes and other utensils. The washing machine works well thankfully. No concierge service, only a security guard and a receptionist to help with check in. But the caretaker was so nice to help with our luggage after check out. No storage for luggage in case your flight is after check out time. Location is perfect. So many restaurants and and shopping stores nearby. "

"Staff in the main booking area before you go to your assigned building are outright rude. There's no wifi in the common areas or lobby, only your room, you can't have business guests over, and its roach infested. It was so bad that after one night i booked and stayed in another hotel rather the suffer "
