"Stayed for 4 days, made a mistake on the booking for the 5th day, they refused to refund the money. Asked him to make another booking he paid because his bags where still in the room. All effort to cancel was not accepted, and they refused to refund the money. It's the first hotel I've seen in 30yrs ..."
