"We pre-booked this place days ahead but found the fridge & AC turned of upon arrival with 30'C outside. Chair to low for desk, desk blocked by microwave. Chair to low for desk. 1 very dim ceiling light. Barbeque not clean. CO2 reached unhealthily high levels as windows cannot be opened & AC does not supply enough fresh air."

"Hotel, great! Food, really bad. Casino feel, really bad."

"Wonderful stay!! Very clean, spacious and friendly!"

"Had a great stay!"

"Très bien"

"Very clean and quiet."

"Excellent service"

"Amazing service and great room!!"

"Hotel interior needs updating. Bathrooms need major updating. Breakfast is Continental, so do not expect much. There is a Time Hortons steps away from the lobby door for your morning coffee/breakfast. There are families of Ontario housing residents living on the 2nd floor. I understand that people need somewhere to live, but this should be disclosed when booking. If we knew, we would not have picked this hotel Great location to and from the airport, that is the only reason we picked this...

"Staff very kind It was clean just needs some updating"

"Room was clean and more modern than the hallways and lobby. Breakfast was ok, not many choices, more like hospital cafeteria food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and easily accessible. Good if you're only staying a night or two. I wouldn't stay there if I was on vacation for a week."

"Only one of three elevators working, so a lot of time spent waiting for an elevator. Nit ideal if you’re on the 10th floor. Otherwise, enjoyable stay as always."
