"Upon initial observation, I was skeptical about staying at this facility, because it was clearly an older property, and didn’t have the safety feature that I’m accustomed to. Such as, entrance into the hotel rooms or directly off the parking lot, as opposed to entering from an inside hallway. However, after examining the room (prior to check-in!), and overall propertyarea, I decided it was OK to stay. Because, the room was extremely clean, clearly newly renovated - with contemporary furnishings, the bed was firm, comfy pillows, and had very crisp and freshly laundered linens throughout. Breakfast selection was good, freshly prepared,with a variety of choices, and the dining room clean beyond compare! I recommend the property, and will return next year during the WC Handy jazz festival! "

The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again. "
