"We did choose a smoking room so we went in knowing that there was going to be a little damage and smell, however we didn't expect a broken dresser drawer, a dirty tissue in the top drawer of the nightstand and a used cup lid and straw in the bottom drawer of the nightstand. One of the beds had astains on the sheets, and the next morning I tried to use the coffee pot that didn't work it literally spit and spewed boiling hot water out the top and all over the sink. And for anyone wondering the breakfast options are tiny cups for apple or orange juice, coffee, 2 choices of cereal and packets of oatmeal and a jar of milk in the fridge, we definitely didn't eat our breakfast there."

"bsolutely Perfect Stay!This beautiful cabin in Dandridge was exactly what we needed! The host, Hugh, provided excellent communication from start to finish. The cabin was exceptionally clean, and the location could not be better—peaceful and tucked away from the crowds, yet only a 15-minute drive to all the main attractions and action. It is absolutely perfect for a 2-person getaway. We would definitely stay here again!"
Lakefront with private dock and fire pit

"Very nice and spacious property. Great for large groups/families. Beautiful cabin and perfect for the kids (7 & 2). Very peaceful location. The pool table was a big hit. We truly enjoyed it. We do wish we knew the lake was dried up (October) as we brought our fishing poles. The ramp is also very steep leading to the lake dock. Dandridge is a cute town with beautiful lake views. Pigeon forge is about 30 minutes away and is a nice scenic drive. Host was easy to reach. Things to know before booking: Not much of a backyard as it is steep and goes downhill. Heading to the lake was a workout and a little scary. Lol definitely felt like hiking. Also, on well water."
