"I have rated this 5 but with some negatives. No indication of house # except to state abstinent B which was written on the building but could not be seen until you actually were in front of the building. No washer dryer and no elevator in building. Had to take elevator in Batiment A to 1st floor and then walk and carry bags up the stairs to our flat. Could have left some extra towels as the heated towel rack did not work. Will I stay here again probably not"

"We planned to stay here for the last night of our trip so we could go into Geneva for the evening. When we arrived there was a very festive Christmas market right outside the door, so we stayed in Annemasse and had the best time at the market! Everyone was so friendly as well.
