The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were friendly. A safe and free car park underneath the hotel. Breakfast buffet was varied and catered for all tastes and diets. Perfect location near to pubs, restaurants, road networks, and Europa theme park. The area was lovely and clean too. Our favourite hotel of our time in Europe and so we plan to visit again.

Brilliant especially if youre doing Europa Park

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Perfect if you're going to Europa Park (about a 20 minute walk), it's a very nice area and never felt scared walking alone to and from the park, there is a shuttle bus too if needed/wanted with the stop just outside the hotel. Lidl just across the road too! Hotel was very clean and staff were super friendly and spoke English. Nothing to complain about.

We stayed here for Easter to visit Europapark, turned out to be perfect with only a very pleasant 10 minute walk to the park entrance, buses were available, lovely roof top bar and restaurant and the staff were amazing

Room was super clean, cleaned every day. Reception support was excellent, very polite, effective, fast check in and check out. They even drove me personally to the car rental agency with their car! wow. Highly recommend!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room would have benefitted from a safe, extra pillows, soap for the sink. Aircon was not very effective for the first few nights but was serviced on the 3rd day which made it better. Good location for Europa park and Lidl next door is handy. Parking was €10 per night.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Hayat Sky Hotel in Rust! The hotel is modern, chic, and elegant, with thoughtful details throughout. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a mini fridge. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the excellent coffee was a highlight. The hotel’s location is perfect for those visiting Europa Park, just a 5-minute drive away, and they provided us with a ‘guest’ voucher for free parking at the park, saving us the 10€ daily fee. On-site parking at the hotel is also easy, with plenty of spaces and an underground car park. What truly stood out for me were the owners and staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff coordinated with my husband to arrange a romantic dinner in one of the rooftop igloos. The setting and decorations were beautiful, elegant and intimate. The service was outstanding—attentive, personal, and professional. The food was delicious, presented perfectly and the flow of the service was impeccable. We also enjoyed the wine selection available. The final surprise was a wonderful birthday cake accompanied with sparkler & music. Overall it was really a magical evening. This is a top-class establishment with exceptional service and a true personal touch. We can’t wait to return soon. Thank you for making my birthday so truly special. 💖 Regards Laura

Das Essen war wunderbar. Der Zugang zum Europapark ist sehr gut in der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen. Die Zimmer sind solide und sauber, jedoch sehr hellhörig egal in welcher Etage man sich befindet.

La chambre est nettoyé sommairement des reste d ongles sous le meuble tv des tache d éclaboussures de café près de la machine à café le meuble sous tv charnière cassée on ouvre une porte la deuxième tombe, le mini frigo fait du bruit et sert à rien vu qu il est vide je l ai débranché. L hôtel accepte les chiens c est bien mais certain client laisse leur chien faire caca sur la terrasse et ni le propriétaire du chien ni le personnel ne ramasse c est fait tache au millier des bulles mise en avant sur les photos de l hôtel dont une sur 4 est HS. Le petit déjeuner est quelconque jus de fruit en brique gaufres de supermarché même s il y en a des bonnes pain décongelé ça vaut pas le prix du petit déjeuner à prendre ailleurs mieux. Si point qui justifie mes deux étoiles on est près du parc, la salle de bain fonctionnelle et la literie est bonne. Mais j y retournerai pas.
