Prince Edward Island 2 bedroom waterfront cottage in South Rustico

  • Beautiful new cottage on waterfront property with private beach. Enjoy evening sunsets, gorgeous views while still located in the heart of Anne’s Land.

    With lots of activities close by, delicious local restaurants and quaint shops, there is lots to do. Watch local fisherman in the bay, walk the shoreline, dig for clams, muscles or just relax taking in the beautiful view

    For the bird watcher, osprey and eagles fly above the cottage.

    Inside the cottage are two bedrooms, a three piece bathroom with shower, vaulted ceilings and large windows. The cottage is built by local craftsmen featuring post and beam construction, energy efficient appliances, locally harvested lumber. Stay connected with Fibre-op internet.Enjoy the kitchen area featuring full-size fridge, electric stove and microwave. The covered deck has a bistro set and a bench so you can relax and see the sunsets or have your meals out on the deck.
