"When I showered water got all over the bathroom floor. The way the shower set up is makes no sense. Even with the shower curtain closed the whole bathroom floor was wet so that was really frustrating for me. The staff at the restaurant are pretty much rude as well. I was waiting over 45 minutes for an appetizer and 3 tacos. When I asked how much longer it would take I got an attitude from the hostess. Then when it did come out she proceeded to ask the guy next to me if it was his knowing it was mine. I paid for a king sz bed and ended up with a queen. I would not be coming back to this hotel "

"Nice, simple hotel near New York Times Square but the room the showers were 2.5 out of 5. The lights, the lamps barely worked. Shower was clogged aswell 3/5 hotel - Keynote if you stay here and you’re gonna go to Times Square and you don’t have an Uber, you need to take bus 125 but the walk to 125 is painful lol."
