"This was my first stay with Kooook , and i must say it was amazing, Its all digitalized yet personalized, property manager was kind enough to extend my checkout for 1 hour (which is unlikely in Europe) and keep my luggage, Kitchen area is amazing to cook and coffee tea arrangements were fantastic with amazing and modern interiors. every evening i used to look forward to come back to Koook. "Staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant (including the bar area) was very cosy. They offered the free city pass which we used to visit their Old Town. The tram station was near by."

Our room had a great view of the city and the Bern Expo. The staff were all friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend this place. Definitely when we are visiting Bern we will stay here again.
