"A wonderful view from a nice room made our trip memorable. Easy access and parking. We were caught out arriving late on a Sunday trying to find toiletries as none were provided at all. The location and ease of access made up for this though."

"The gardens and grounds were absolutely beautiful. The dining room was bright with surrounding windows. Very friendly staff. The location was perfect with a short walk to the Pantiles with quaint cafes and shops. We had a smaller room that looked over a smoke stack so would definitely upgrade next time. "

"Check in was easy. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The lounge, bar and dining rooms are spacious. The bar food was excellent, plenty of food for the money. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. A great place overall. The family loved the atmosphere. Great location."

"Lovely property .. great location in heart of Rye. We stayed in a cosy room .. it was fab, beautiful decor and great facilities. Great breakfast nice bar. Staff were great but in particular a great duo on reception ( didn’t get names) but a blonde lady so accommodating allowing us to leave bags before checking in, so we could explore Rye and an Australian male that impressed us in returning a missed phone call before arriving and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Thank you both credit to the George. "
