If you tire of the peace and quiet or wandering through the vines, it is only a short drive to Rye with its cobbled streets, historic buildings and great specialist shops and a few minutes further are the seven miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches at Camber - so really something for everyone, young or old, to enjoy. The Bryer can be booked in conjunction with its sister property, Owl House RH1151, to sleep a total of up to 6 people, making this a great place to share with family and friends.

Open Plan Sitting/Dining/Kitchen is a fantastic living space, combining impressive vaulted ceilings with high quality oak floors and attractive furnishings

Sitting Area with three seater sofa, two armchairs, wood-burning stove, Smart TV, occasional tables, chest of drawers for additional storage and full-height French doors leading out to the secluded brick patio with panoramic views across the fields and vines

Dining Area with the wood-burning stove for extra warmth in the winter evenings, table and four chairs beside the exceptionally well-equipped

Garden: Secluded brick patio with garden furniture and barbecue plus acres of pasture and vineyard through which to roam.

Parking: Covered parking for one car in oak-framed garage plus additional space on driveway if required.

Heating: Oil-fired underfloor heating, plus wood-burning stove (1st basket of logs provided). The boiler is located outside the property.

Also Provided: Complimentary basket of logs.

Notes: There are two ponds on the vineyard, plus tractors and the river Rother at the bottom of the field so children must be supervised when outside. The owners have a very friendly (and large!) Newfoundland dog who will love to come and say hello! The approach to the vineyard is via over a mile long private lane/track so not suitable for low suspension vehicles. Guests are welcome to stroll through the vines.
